Directorship's 10th Annual Boardroom Leaders Forum

NACD and Directorship have forged a collaborative agreement to produce content and events for the NACD membership.

In keeping with our desire to give NACD members greater access to corporate governance education and peer-to-peer networking, we have provided a special opportunity at our upcoming Directorship 100 dinner and Boardroom Leaders Forum (November 16 & 17 at the Metropolitan Club of New York).

Our NACD partnership entitles all NACD members to attend our leading forum at very reduced rates.

The theme this year will be "New Voices in the Boardroom” and will be the foremost gathering of top CEOs, directors and executives, as well as business, political, and regulatory leaders from all sectors of global business. The collaborative and interactive nature of the discussions enables our attendees to shape corporate governance policies and best practices. Speakers at this year’s invitation-only gathering include:

·      Kenneth R. Feinberg, Obama administration's special master for executive compensation, Department of the Treasury, and former special master of the Federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund

·      Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Myron Steele

·      Andrew Ross Sorkin, chief M&A reporter and columnist, The New York Times; editor, Dealbook

·      Bonnie Hill, president, B. Hill Enterprises; co-founder, Icon Blue; director, AK Steel, California Water Service Group, Yum! Brands
